Getting started with your Tour de Coast experience is straightforward:

1. Locate a bike at a hub station.
2. Download the Tour de Coast app.
3. Create an account.
4. Scan the QR code displayed on the bike.
5. Select your ride plan and complete payment.
6. Your bike will unlock, allowing you to begin your journey.

It is recommended to prepare adequately before setting out on your adventure:

• Secure your phone in its holder.
• Adjust the seat height for comfort.
• Wear a helmet (not provided).
• Plan your route in advance.
• Push the e-bike forward to retract the kickstand before moving.

Riders can easily pause their journeys by parking or locking the bike at any public bike rack or hub station, resuming their ride whenever they choose. Once you have finished exploring, simply return the e-bike to a hub station or lock it at a public bike rack (note that a fee may apply).
